Not quite sure why both

Microsoft seem keen to EA Access in the hands of as many people as possible, and a new promotion may bring in more subscribers. If you pre-order a digital copy of FIFA 16 on Xbox One you will receive a code for a month of EA Access, giving you a chance to play other games like Titanfall, Fifa 16 PS4 Coins  Battlefield 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Not quite sure why both pre-purchase and pre-order both turn up in the description, since the former means paying up front while the latter is reserving your copy.
